Welcome to TAWZIIF ("we," "our," "us," or "the Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TAWZIIF recruitment platform, which connects companies with potential employees in Egypt. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

TAWZIIF is an online recruitment platform that facilitates connections between job seekers and employers in Egypt. Our services include:
- Profile creation for job seekers and employers
- Job posting and application management
- Candidate search and filtering tools
- Direct communication features between users
- Resume and professional information management
- Job matching and recommendation services
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use TAWZIIF, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Egyptian law to use our Platform. By using TAWZIIF, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3.3 Account Types
- Job Seekers: Individuals seeking employment opportunities
- Employers: Companies, organizations, or individuals seeking to hire employees
4. User Responsibilities and Conduct
4.1 General Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and applications
- Keep your account information up to date
- Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the rights and privacy of other users
- Maintain professional conduct in all interactions
4.2 Job Seeker Responsibilities
- Ensure all professional information, qualifications, and experience are accurate
- Respond professionally to employer inquiries
- Honor commitments made to potential employers
- Update availability status when no longer seeking employment
4.3 Employer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
- Comply with Egyptian labor laws and anti-discrimination regulations
- Treat all candidates fairly and professionally
- Honor job offers and employment terms as presented
- Respect candidate privacy and confidentiality
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Engage in discriminatory practices based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Use the Platform for illegal activities or purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or Platform systems
- Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect user data without permission
- Post job opportunities that are not genuine or legitimate
- Solicit users for services unrelated to recruitment
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Platform Content
TAWZIIF and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by Egyptian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Platform, including resumes, profiles, and job postings. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our services.
6.3 Respect for Third-Party Rights
You must not upload or share content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
7. Content and Data
7.1 Content Standards
All content posted on TAWZIIF must be professional, accurate, and relevant to recruitment activities. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards or our community guidelines.
7.2 Data Accuracy
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their submitted information. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Direct Contact and Communication
8.1 Communication Features
TAWZIIF facilitates direct communication between employers and job seekers, including phone contact. By providing your contact information, you consent to being contacted by potential employers or candidates.
8.2 Communication Guidelines
- All communications must remain professional and recruitment-related
- Users must respect others' time and availability
- Harassment or inappropriate contact is strictly prohibited
- Users should verify the legitimacy of job offers and opportunities
8.3 Platform Responsibility
TAWZIIF is not responsible for the content or outcome of direct communications between users. Users engage in such communications at their own risk and discretion.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
9.1 Service Disclaimer
TAWZIIF is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of user-provided information, or the success of recruitment activities.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, TAWZIIF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9.3 Third-Party Content
We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content, including job postings, profiles, and communications between users.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TAWZIIF, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, but certain information may be retained as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11.2 Termination by TAWZIIF
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or other conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
12.2 Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Egypt.
12.3 Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, you agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
13. Compliance with Egyptian Laws
TAWZIIF operates in compliance with Egyptian labor laws, data protection regulations, and other applicable legislation. Users must also comply with all relevant Egyptian laws when using the Platform, including but not limited to employment regulations, anti-discrimination laws, and data protection requirements.
14. Platform Fees and Payments
TAWZIIF may offer both free and premium services. Any fees for premium features will be clearly disclosed before purchase. All payments are processed securely, and refund policies will be communicated at the time of purchase.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users through email notification or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of TAWZIIF after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under Egyptian law, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
